We proudly offer worldwide shipping! Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.
If your delivery address is in the US, your order will be shipped to you via USPS, and you will have it approximately in 4 – 8 working days.
Rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 4 to 25 business days depending on your country or region. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
Due to the pandemic and the shipping business’s nature, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only, and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Tracking your order
You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our “Track Your Order” page. Please allow 1 to 7 working days for the tracking information to show.
Orders with multiple products are often shipped in different packages!
To reduce shipping delay for our valued customers, most products are shipped individually as soon as they are processed for shipping in our warehouses. So, we may split your order into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you’ll be notified and receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Wrong address disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Returns

Lost/Stolen packages
Slumer is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our “Track Your Order” page.
