We accept only online payments via credit card or PayPal.

Please note that we require 1 to 4 working days on average to fulfil your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured that we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 4 to 30 business days. Please consider any holidays or pandemic related issues that might impact delivery times.

No worries - slight delays in shipment may occur due to the pandemic, for instance, upcoming or current holidays that are not working days of post and delivery services. Moreover, keep in mind that it might take a considerable time for the customs of your country to check your package. Slumer provides you with an excellent opportunity to track your order by simply indicating your tracking number. As soon as you get the number after a shipment confirmation, fill it in on our "Track Your Order" page and click on Track button. As simple as ABC: you will immediately see where your package is at the moment and which stages your delivery has already gone through.

We offer really low international shipping rates, starting from $15. Please note that, gaming chairs are are above 20kg, and  that duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

To reduce shipping delay for our valued customers, most products are shipped individually as soon as they are processed for shipping in our warehouses. So, we may split your order into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you’ll be notified and receive a tracking number for each shipment. 

All of our transactions are based in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuation. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead.

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vacation address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

Cancellations are only accepted within 10 hours after an order is placed. Please, if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at [email protected] if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
